Welcome to Zen Convert. By using https://zen-convert.com, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

1. The service

Zen Convert is a free online file conversion service. We do our best to keep it running 24/7, but offer no SLA or uptime guarantee. We may pause, modify, or stop the service at any time without notice.

2. What you can use it for

Anything legal. Personal use, professional use, commercial use — all fine. The converted output is yours; we claim no rights over it.

3. What you cannot do

• · Upload files you don't have the right to convert (copyrighted material you don't own, illegal content, etc.)
• · Upload malicious files designed to attack our infrastructure
• · Automate the service abusively (bursts of thousands of requests, scraping our pages, etc.)
• · Resell access to our service or rebrand it as your own

We reserve the right to block IPs that violate these rules without notice.

4. File size and limits

Maximum file size : 2 GB per conversion. Maximum reasonable requests per IP : whatever a human can do. Mass automation may be rate-limited.

5. No warranty

Zen Convert is provided "as-is". We make no warranty that the conversion will be perfect, complete, or free of artifacts. Some format pairs have inherent quality loss. Test with non-critical files first. Use of the service is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zen Convert and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, without limitation, data loss, lost profits, or service interruptions.

7. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to that policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris.

9. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
